homepotential was founded in 2001 by Martin Leach and is based in Richmond, West London.

With over 20 years experience in building, urban design, surveying, fengshui, ecology and architectural renovation, homepotential have the know-how to bring the most challenging projects to life.

The majority of our projects are small and based around clients' homes.  However, we also provide consultancy services for larger commercial developments.
